Regional Manager
Mr. Walker joined Griswold Real Estate Management in February 2000. He is responsible
for management of over 500 residential units, nine on-site managers, medical
and office buildings, a commercial retail building, a strip center and a 473-unit
leasing storage center.
Prior to joining the company, he was employed two years
at Wilson Mile High Properties and two years at American Assets and was responsible
for their commercial retail and office properties, with emphasis on re-habilitation
of distressed properties and evaluation of prospective tenants.
He has experience
in construction oversight management, building renovation, and lease up. He is
skilled in tenant relations, on-site personnel management and vendor supervision.
Mr. Walker holds a bachelor’s degree in English from Texas Tech, a law
degree from the University of Texas, and a California Real Estate Brokers License.
Further, he speaks Spanish fluently.
