A column on issues confronting renters and landlords written by Robert S. Griswold, the author of Property Management for Dummies and co-author of Real Estate Investing for Dummies (published in November 2004). Contributing co-authors are attorneys Steven R. Kellman, Director of the Tenants Legal Center, and James McKinley, a partner with Moffitt & Associates, a law firm exclusively representing landlords. Robert is also a Counselor of Real Estate (CRE®), a Certified Property Manager (CPM®), a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM®), a Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM®), Graduate, Realtor Institute (GRI®) and an Accredited Residential Manager (ARM®).
